Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law
About
The Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law (The Journal) is an independent, student-run organization. The Journal's primary purpose is to foster and exchange recent developments in the consumer and commercial law areas and is published four times a year--in Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring. In furthering this purpose, The Journal accepts submissions written by active members of the legal community, faculty of established law schools, other members of the legal profession, and court opinions themselves. The Journal also accepts selected submissions from its Editorial Board and associates. The Journal also accepts student-written contributions and other submissions as it sees fit. This journal is unique because it acts not only as a journal but also as a place of reference for any beginning research on consumer and commercial law issues.
